The beautiful classicist building of 1895 stands in the center of the town. It illustrates the foundations of primary education in Lenart, where the first regular school with a full-time teacher was established in 1759. The first grade of primary school is still being taught there. Next to the school is a renovated house where the writer Ozbalt Ilaunig lived and worked.

Between 1626 and 1910, a Špital was active in Lenart, founded by Judge Max Bernhardt in 1625 for impoverished and ill-marketed and other poor people. Špital worked until 1910, when Herberstein's relatives handed down the law to the Lenart municipality.

The chapel stands in the vicinity of the Radehova reservoir lake and is the only parish church of Lenart parish. The locals call it Stritar's chapel.

Castle Hrastovec, located on the hill above the valley of the river Pesnica, is one of the mightiest castles of Slovenian Styria. The name Hrastovec (originally Gvtenhage) is first mentioned in the Styrian state urbarium for the year 1265. It is assumed, however, that the first mentioning of Gvtenhage does not refer to Hrastovec castle as we now know it, but probably to a small settlement or a much smaller stronghold on the hill. The existence of a smaller castle or stronghold in Hrastovec is proven in 1294.

The Herberstein family were the most powerful and prominent owners of Hrastovec castle. The famous diplomat and intellectual Sigismund (Žiga) Herberstein (1486-1566) was a renowned member of the family and visited Hrastovec castle on several occasions. The family greatly expanded the castle and the whole estate, of which they remained the owners until 1802, when it was bought by the Pauer brothers. In 1909 the Herberteins bought the castle back and it remained in their possession until the Second World War. After the war, in 1948, the Hrastovec-Trate institution for the mentally disabled was founded in the castle. The organization still calls the castle complex its home. The stunning ponds below are also a part of the castle complex.

The church was first mentioned in 1196 and was once surrounded by camp walls. It stands on a hill above the square, at the highest point in Lenart, giving the town a special weight. In the era of the Ottoman raids the church also had a defensive role to play. Thanks to its high-quality architecture and detailed masonry, it is the finest example of the “Slovenske gorice Gothic”. The parish is a one-storey building covered by two-sloped roof.

In Zavrh, opposite the Maister tower, there is a country villa, built in 1923 and named after the former owner Fran Štupica. The villa is important because it was attended by Rudolf Maister - Vojanov (1874 - 1934), general, a fighter for the northern Slovene border, a poet, a bibliofil and a patriot.

Public museum collection Maister after Maister

Public museum collection Maister after Maister is located in Zavrh in the restored Stupica's Villa. A contemporary digitized memorial collection takes you to the historical period 1848-1991 in the Slovenske gorice region, paying special attention to General Rudolf Maister - Vojanov and the battles for the northern border. The collection was set up in 2018 by means of European Cohesion Funds - the Detox Project. The access to the collection is disabled-friendly.

The sign stands in the settlement Lormanje above Lake Komarnik, in the forest of Črni les. It was placed in memory of Agata from Štralek (today Zg. Voličina), wife of Friderik Herberstein from the castle Hrastovec.
